A portrait of Jennifer Pike (1919-2016) who together with Antrum, improvises where there is no given narrative: no definitive catalogue or index ‘about’, certainly no script, and instead, the title suggests how a film can be a self-generating catalogue or alternative index of an artist’s work-history. Here physical filmmaking and friendship suggest a dance – and provide a process history that celebrate film and poetry and Pike’s life of work with visual and verbal abstraction.
