In Horizon the spectator tries to gain access to someone or something. although the goal is never defined, in such a way that he/she feel claustrophobic. The images offer more than one viewpoint so the observer is constantly repositioned, trying to gain access to the partial views of the landscape. The atmosphere is created by illuminating a limited area within the frame, a sense of both looking in and looking out through a barrier is evoked.
Horizon is a film about the feeling of being trapped in by relationships whilst paradoxically trying to gain access to them.
