The Gallery was shot on location in New York City and Connecticut. Using primarily one location (a room) and a soundtrack designed entirely out of sounds (such as wind, crickets singing, water dripping), The Gallery gives an experimental account of a man’s life, showing his influences and longings. As his desires slowly turn to restrictions for himself and his surroundings, he is brought to submit to a glorified suicide.
