DO KNOT WITH ‘ER’

A series of animations made by a group of students from MA Fine Art Central Saint Martins, instructed or selected by Nooshin Farhid.

Online Screening from 4 to 6 July 2020 with discussion on Monday 6 July at 6pm on Zoom.

This is an eclectic mix of works by the students made during the lockdown at home, some with very limited resources, using only material and equipment available to them.

The works reflect on their different practices and cultural backgrounds using various methods and strategies of production both digital and analogue. Their chosen methods and strategies of production are practically and conceptually appropriate of how they inhabit and how they inhabited by space and time. This technology of representations is the location in which each artist creates their own particular idiosyncratic space of imaginary.
