Come along and join a film & sound recording workshop led by artist Amy Feneck

Explore the architecture, sounds and spaces of Holly Lodge Estate to make a collaborative film, using techniques and themes inspired by artists’ films from the LUX Collection.

Please bring along a mobile smart phone to use in the workshop.

Snacks & refreshments will be provided.

Amy Feneck
Amy Feneck’s artistic practice centres on collectivity and collaboration. Drawing on practices of collective self-education, feminist organising and radical political histories, her work is interested in the political possiblitlies of learning and making together. In 2012 she co-founded The Alternative School of Economics, with artist Ruth Beale. Recent projects include: Tree Time, an ongoing site specific commission with TACO!, London, Rabbits Road Institute Library, a community collection and creative programme, The Neoliberal Imagination, installation for exhibition ‘Economics the Blockbuster’, commissioned by The Whitworth, Manchester.

This workshop is part of the centenary celebrations for the Holly Lodge Estate and organised by Holly Lodge Community Centre in collaboration with LUX.
