A workout for the physical head, the video moves provisionally between languages including: instructional video, avatar creation, mirror-facing vanity, QVC and The Artist’s Studio. The audience is lead through a sequence of head movements that refer, in various and preposterous ways, to the space of the video and the room the viewer inhabits. Through a series of tics and gestures, the protagonist nods at and points to signs and words in the hopeful/angry belief that her movements (and thus content) will be reciprocated by the viewer.
