Winter

‘This was the first in the series of tapes commissioned by Channel 4. Winter moved out of the confines of the house and emerged into the domestic landscape of an urban garden. I tried to use the landscape to suggest the anxiety that the child’s departure with the father instills in the mother.’ – C.E.
