LUX organises and presents talks, artists’ workshops and screenings for schools and higher education institutions on all aspects of artists’ moving image practice nationwide, we can also host small groups of up to 25 students at the LUX offices.
Past sessions have included talks and screenings exploring the history of artists’ moving image, the history of artists’ moving image in the UK with reference to the history of LUX’s predecessors (London Filmmakers Co-operative, London Video Arts and the Lux Centre), issues in contemporary moving image practice, career development for graduates working with the moving image, artists’ presentations, and practical artist-led creative workshops.
