An illustrated booklet includes essays by Dick Arnall and Adam Pugh. AnimateTV was established in 1990 as a unique collaboration between Arts Council England and Channel 4 to support independent production of experimental and artists' work, selecting projects through an annual open call for proposals.
This DVD is a selection of 23 films from more than 100 innovative and challenging films by British artists and animators, with essays by Dick Arnall & Adam Pugh. Supported by Channel 4 and Arts Council England.
