Riccardo Iacono

Riccardo Iacono (b. Blackburn, 1969) is a British artist working with film, video, digital media, performance, photography, collage, painting and installation.

He studied Painting at Glasgow School of Art (1988-91) and Electronic Imaging at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art (2000-1).

His work has shown widely including: STV (1995/6), Channel 4 (1997/9) and Sky TV (1998); A Century of Artists Film in Britain, Tate Britain (2003); and European Media Art Festival, Osnabruuck (2007).  Solo exhibitions and screenings include: Ice in The Freezer, Pleasure Dome, Toronto (2003); From Memory, Kino Oko, Prague (2005); Love Songs From a Dark Body, La Enana Marron, Madrid (2005); The No Show, Castlefield Gallery, Manchester (2007); This Orientation, Summit Gallery, London (2013).
