'Through choreographed and improvised movements, this film is a 'meditation on violence': the fear of invasion, and an exploration into lesbian expressions of power and desire. Fear of invasion (of love) of the body/home is a point of reference for our understanding of strength and vulnerability. There is difference with regards to the demarcation of what is inside and what is outside. As the film progresses through ritualised gestures so control shifts, and relations evolve from one to another. 'She moved her hands through her hair and I felt the air move about me. Your fist thrust towards and away. You moved like a warrior but I could not hold you. The outside is within us.' - T.S.
