The film presents in succession from a single viewpoint a frame by frame construction of a peach orchard with pink blossom (April 1), with green leaves (April 16) and with red-yellow peaches (June 24). Although the filming procedure is similar to Rue des Teinturiers, choices pertaining to the organisation of the material in relation to the characteristics of the location define the specificity of Champ Provencal. - R.L.
