Introduction

The LUX collection contains over 4000 films and videos by over 1000 international artists, ranging from the 1920s to the present. It is the largest collection of its kind in Europe, containing much rare and unique material, and it continues to grow, with the addition of both new works and restored classics.

The collection is an active resource rather than a static archive and all of the works in the catalogue are available to hire for public screening or exhibition. (For works available to purchase on DVD for personal use, please see our online shop.)
